“Leveraging Technology to Strengthen Communities”
The theme of this year's APHSA-ISM conference is reflective of the continuing work in Federal, state, and local governments to strengthen our nation's communities so our citizens can lead more productive and satisfying lives. Human services plays a major role in strengthening communities, especially for people who are poor and disadvantaged. In these times of funding shortfalls, information technology can be leveraged to enable delivery of more effective and efficient human services.
