Hotel Alert
The Westin St. Francis is sold out for many nights of the conference. Cancellations do occur, so we suggest that you attempt to reserve the room(s) you want at the hotel. If you are unsuccessful, however, there are other comparatively-priced hotels in the immediate vicinity which have rooms available. Some of them are: PARC 55 (800-595-0507), Handlery Union Square Hotel (800-995-4874), Sir Francis Drake Hotel (800-795-7129), and the Villa Florence (866-823-4669).
If you make a reservation at another hotel, but want to be moved into the Westin St. Francis if rooms eventually become available, please send your reservation information to Gloria Williams at gloria.williams@aphsa.org with a copy to Michael Coulson at michael.coulson@aphsa.org, and you will be placed on the waiting list. If rooms become available closer to the conference, ISM will contact the people on the waiting list via email, on a first come first serve basis. ISM regrets the inconvenience that this may cause you, but it is a situation which is completely out of our control.
